telepathy works by quantum entanglement, the same for this, where one of the person's atom's electron's photon(part of telepathic system (mind, pineal gland and hair to project) can be sent through quantumly to an object's atom, which would be absorb and its electron moves to a higher energy level but to be intensified to create the atom to bump against others, to create a vibration. Thats how I can look at it scientifically and more research needs to be explored, as if prooved correct by experimentation other than observation alone it can help a lot of people. The known fact The mind is constantly transmitting alpha and beta waves,which are electrons/electromagnetic radiation. Since electrics and electronics are sensitive to electromagnetic radiation, and the same effect or interference through from the telepathic system of someone in experimentation to an artificial device such as a low frequency radio, slowly increasing frequency would prove telekinesis on electric and electronic things... even perhaps if circulating this electromagnetic energy(aka vril) to generate into a vortex, to turn your body into a magnet may be possible, but not improbable. ♥

This was given by the Elohim to Rael as one would say it is not local information. There is more with local information as well as experiments.
There are six sense organs, I do assume you are dividing telepathy from telekinesis, but they both utilize the sixth sense system.
Then experiments in the Vietnam war on soldiers where one of them was based on raw connectivity of the sixth sense, soldiers were more sensitive and survived with long hair than those with there hair cut.
Thats not all, The Vril Society(this picture) as well, especially the women had there hair long ,and they as well same as me believe the hair is telepathic antennae which helped them recieve the telepathic signal , Maria got help to build the anti gravity space crafts.

I have done experiments myself, sending telepathic signals to people while ther backs or heads are facing at me to think at themto look at me. The responce from people with longer hair worked better than those with shorter hair. One little girl with long hair down to her ankles at the train station today had the best response, she even felt not turning around, she laughed with me and she knew I sent telepathic signal ♥

Hair is the best to use for this, which would explain as well why it contributes to the reception of telepathy ♥
